Momoto have a strategic collaboration with one of the world's finest engine research and development company Suter Racing Technology (SRT) to enable it to acquire advanced engine technology, components parts and chassis with the aim to launch series of new products within 3 years of its incorporation.
Firstly registered as Auto World Magazine Sdn Bhd in May 2010, later changed to Momoto Sdn Bhd accordingly to company new business focus and venture Momoto Sdn Bhd is a private limited company with shares initiated by founder Dato' Paduka Aiddie A. Ghazlan (D.P.T.J)

Dato' Paduka Aiddie is a passionate and accomplished leader with proven skills and experience in the motor industry. He was living in the United Kingdom for almost 30 years. With over 20 years' experience in the motor industry playing his role as a successful businessman as well as a skilful rider, Dato' Paduka Aiddie has developed a strong reputation. He participated and won in various local and international races. He was the appointed CEO with Asian International Motorcycle Event. He is now the CEO of Momoto Sdn Bhd that owns various intellectual properties for the first Malaysian made 1000cc Engine and Industrial Designs.
